About Haweli
Who we are
Haweli is a property brand focused only on Himachal Pradesh. We help buyers find plots, orchards and farm land, and help owners sell to buyers who understand the state's land rules.
Buying land in the hills is different. Records are kept in bigha and biswa, many plots are agricultural, and most buyers from outside the state need Section 118 permission. We started Haweli to make that process clearer — with plain-English guides, honest listings and help on the ground.
