What we collect

When you fill in an enquiry or sell-your-plot form we collect what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (if given), and details about the land you want to buy or sell. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request — to contact you about plots, arrange site visits and share information you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel, and form submissions are stored securely in Vercel Blob storage and delivered to us by email through Hostinger Mail. These providers process data on our behalf. We may share a seller's or buyer's contact details with the other party only when you ask us to take a deal forward.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email akshaypachouri@gmail.com.
